The DCDI electronic ignition has the same connectors of the originals.
The internal CPU analizes pick-up imputs, makes a correlation with actual engine RPM and finally, after a comparison with memorized data, gives the ignition spark.
The CPU can make a control feed-back operation at every engine revolution, for better accuracy and performance.
